The category "intellectualization" is based on the concept of intelligence, which in the Latest dictionary of foreign words and expressions is defined as: "1) mind, reason, reason, human thinking ability; 2) intelligence- computers (cybernetic system) reproducing some aspects of human mental activity." Artificial intelligence is increasingly receiving attention from the authorities, as evidenced by the adopted legal documents. Among such legal acts: Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 490 dated October 10, 2019 "On the development of artificial intelligence in the Russian Federation"; GOST R 59277-2020 "Artificial intelligence systems" National Strategy for the Development of artificial intelligence for the period up to 2030 and other unified regulatory legal acts. Digitalization of technological processes, including in the agricultural economy, is actively developing within the framework of artificial intelligence. Thus, by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 3971-r dated December 29, 2021 "On approval of the strategic direction in the field of digital transformation of the agro-industrial and fisheries sectors of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030[4], the task was set to increase processes automated through artificial intelligence. The use of artificial intelligence systems in the agricultural sector of the economy will obviously cause a significant transformation of organizational, economic, legal and, most importantly, social and labor relations in the structures of the agro-industrial complex. To successfully solve problems related to the introduction of artificial intelligence elements in the agro-industrial complex, personnel with competence in interacting with artificial intelligence systems are needed. Naturally, the personnel of agricultural specialists should have the necessary level of scientific and practical knowledge in the field of artificial intelligence.

Keywords: artificial intelligence; human resources; agricultural and industrial complex; digitalization; artificial intelligence in agriculture
